				enrolment in courses.  Such information will not be disclosed to anyone else unless your permission 
				has been received in writing. Training may be recorded (audio/video) for internal training purposes. If
				your employer has funded your training then Alcohol and Food Consultants  has the authority
				to disclose your assessment results to your employer.
			
			
				Personal information (name, address, phone number(s), etc., and assessment results will only be 
				used by Alcohol and Food Consultants  for administration purposes and/or to provide details 
				to our trainers or partners.
			
			Payment Data
			
				If you make a payment online through Direct Debit or Credit Card (Currently not used), we 
				collect certain data about your purchase (such as your name and booking number) as 
				necessary to process your enrolment. You must provide certain payment and billing data 
				directly into our account, including your name, EFTPOS card, credit card information, billing
				address, and zip code. For security, we do not collect or store sensitive cardholder data, such 
				as full credit card numbers or any bank account details.
			
			Data We Collect through Automated Means
			
				When you access the website (including browsing courses), we collect certain data by

				Usage statistics about your interactions with the website, including courses accessed, time 
				spent on pages, or pages visited, features used, your search queries, click data, date and time, 
				and other data regarding your use of our he Services.
			
			
				The company places importance on approximate geographic location, including information 
				like country, city, and geographic coordinates, calculated based on your IP address. 
			
			What Is The Data Used For
			
				We use your data to provide our Services, communicate with you, troubleshoot, secure 
				against fraud and abuse, improve and update our Services, analyse how people use our 
				services.  This information may be used by Alcohol and Food Consultants  to email 
				New Letters to you with your permission.
