Basic Food Safety Certificate
This one day course (9.30am - 4.30pm) meets council requirements for people selling food to the public for profit. It covers how to handle, prepare and store food so that it is safe to eat.
To enrol, please complete the online enrolment form and select a suitable day and venue for you to attend training. You will receive an email confirming your enrolment. An invoice will also be emailed to you within two working days. Please print out the invoice and take this along to the course with payment on the day of your training. If you would prefer to pay by direct credit/internet banking before the course, please use the invoice number as our reference.
We will also send a text to the mobile number you provide with the course details (day, venue, time) a couple of days before your training.
After attending the course and passing the basic test, you will be sent a Food Safety Certificate. Please allow two to three working days for postage.
All Basic Food Safety Certificate courses run from 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
